We had a slow leak in our main water line to our home. Nick came out & explained what they would do to fix and repair it by boring underneath our driveway and put new pex piping and connect to our home shut off valve. He was on time for the estimate and the day of the job. Nick, Jessie and the crew were awesome. Olivia at the office was very responsive everytime I had a question. I wanted to give Pristine plumbing a 4 star review because they wasted no time to rectify the problems listed below and even though I lost my cool they were respectful. the reason for the 3 stars is the repair that had to be done to the floor joist.
