We stayed at Grotto Canyon Chalet for a week and it was smooth and seamless. Very clean, nicely decorated, equipped with all the things we need and most especially, it was very homey. We had good night sleep since beds were very comfortable. GG was awesome and prompt with any questions we have. Location was superb being close to the downtown restaurants, trails, groceries and easy exit and entry to the highway. We would definitely stay again, no doubt about that. Great memories!
My husband and I had an absolutely incredible stay with Pristine Peak! We'd never been to Western Canada before, and we loved Canmore; it was such an amazing base! GG from Pristine Peak was incredible and gave some great recommendations; she really made our trip! Making sure that we didn't miss any of the best sights and wildlife spots. We'd 100% recommend Pristine Peak to anyone considering visiting Canada!
Stayed recently at Sunset Ridge and loved it! Amazing apartment with a view to die for.
Disappointing experience with this condo management company. A company vehicle was parked in our assigned stall at our Airbnb. After waiting outside for about 20 minutes, a woman finally came out to the vehicle. When I politely mentioned that I’m 37 weeks pregnant and needed access to our designated spot, she was extremely rude — despite being the one parked in our stall. Recently stayed this past weekend at 3 condos in the “Lodges of Canmore” as we had a group of 8 of us. Great Value, location, views, and access to everything we needed for a fantastic group getaway! The staff and communication were amazing, properties well appointed and clean! Would definitely choose Pristine Peak anytime we can get away to the mountains!
