Stayed recently at Sunset Ridge and loved it! Amazing apartment with a view to die for.
Disappointing experience with this condo management company. A company vehicle was parked in our assigned stall at our Airbnb. After waiting outside for about 20 minutes, a woman finally came out to the vehicle. When I politely mentioned that I’m 37 weeks pregnant and needed access to our designated spot, she was extremely rude — despite being the one parked in our stall. Recently stayed this past weekend at 3 condos in the “Lodges of Canmore” as we had a group of 8 of us. Great Value, location, views, and access to everything we needed for a fantastic group getaway! The staff and communication were amazing, properties well appointed and clean! Would definitely choose Pristine Peak anytime we can get away to the mountains!
The location itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the communication was very poor. If the listing had accurately reflected what was (and wasn’t) available, it wouldn’t have been a big deal. But when you plan around certain amenities being provided and they aren’t, it becomes frustrating. Hopefully, with better communication and accurate listing details, future guests will have a smoother experience.
We recently stayed at one of their properties and have nothing but great things to say. The instructions provided were very clear and the place had lots of nice amenities, just like at home. We will definitely stay here again for a ski trip next season!
