I have had four oriental rugs (one antique) cleaned by Pristine. The service and cleaning are both top notch. They go above and beyond for their customers. And I feel like my rugs are in very safe hands.

Delightful to work with. Work was done professionally on time and did a great job with all the problems that My oriental rugs have had with dogs.. We have used them a number of times and will continue to use them.

I was initially hesitant to go to Pristine Orientals since it changed hands and was at a new location, however I as glad I did! Tyler was very easy to communicate with and set me at ease by describing his cleaning process the same as the former owner! Yes indeed my rug got “a bath”. Since Tyler was going to be my area he offered to drop it off and carry it up 3 flights of stairs and roll it out! I was so happy ! There are 2 companies competing next to each other. I asked Pristine what is the difference between the two companies and I get snapped at trying to understand whom I should trust my rug to be cleaned with. He has no right to shout at a potential customer simply because she is trying to find out whom she should engage between the two. I ended going south to do my rug w someone and received better customer service and better price. Happier too.
