Pristine Orientals does excellent work. Very helpful in terms of communication and delivery. Our rugs were returned in beautiful condintion.
I’d give more stars if I could. The rug they cleaned was huge and hadn’t been done in over 20 years (by Pristine when at the Industrial Park location). I visited their new place to check if the method as as thorough as it used to be and Tyler gave me a tour explaining all the steps and picked up the rug a few days later. The rug we got back was so much more vibrant and beautiful! He also took his time placing it exactly with our furniture which was appreciated. They do great work!
I have used Pristine Orientals service .for about 5 years, several times yearly, and it is "local" for me. However, this is a company to drive for or use, even if you live several counties away! Tyler, the owner, is a gem of a business owner, generous with advice, extremely knowledgeable (great if you have textiles or rugs with a "history" - in my case, several Navajo rugs), and has a "can-do" attitude that is fantastic and bears fruit. Recommend very, very highly!
