As a partner to a patient at the Pristine OB-GYN Spring location, I have witnessed the front office / reception staff act with disdain and treat their patients with zero regard for their well-being nor peace of mind. There is a clear issue with communication, transparency, and basic respect that seems to have permeated the office. On top of it all, there is no accountability taken at any level. Never answer the phone. Always changing doctors with no notice. Don’t recommend this place for pregnant women or they children. The place looks nice but everything else about it is trash.
I’ve been trying to give this place too many second chances today it was the last drop. Yes the place is nice and clean but unfortunately the some of the staff is not great. On one occasion the one nurse practitioner did not even read the chart before even coming in to check my daughter, she did not even had a clue that they had referred me to texas children hospital. If I could leave negative stars I would give this place -100. I went in for my first ultrasound, pregnancy confirmation (8wks) and the the front desk staff was very rude from the get go… I said ok maybe just a bad day (WRONG) I saw OB Mary Itauma and she was very nice but she could use better bed side manner.
