I'm 63 & haven't had a well woman ck in 30 years, needless to say I was nervous as a ho n church, I was treated so respectful & Dr Mary explained procedure as it was being done. Everyone there was professional & I sweated for nothing...I was totally content about the whole visit. I give them 👍 and rate them a 10 for being a great medical team.
Mary was very sweet during my early prenatal appts. Recently though I had my medical records transferred and I needed to clear up some controversial labs pertaining to the baby's genetic testing. I first called the office requesting a phone call to review these labs i believe feb 20. The lady (Stephanie) told me she would have nurse call me back. Everyone was very sweet all staff welcoming I would recommend 3 times over very nice environment also
The nurse practitioner is friendly and respectful, but getting in touch with someone over the phone has been very difficult. Every time I call, I speak to an automated system, and when I'm transferred, it always says no one is available. I also find it strange that there's no clear information about which provider is at each location or which doctor/hospital will be handling the delivery.
