Everyone is very sweet and the place is very clean as well :)
Cannot get through by phone for questions or concerns. Voicemail will pick up and say leave a message but then disconnect the call before you have an option to leave a message for a callback. Patient portal messaging also does not work. I have needed to reach the doctor or nurse a few times and have been unsuccessful. Once I received a call back and requested the doctor or nurse to call me and never received a call again. Appointments are far apart and provide no insight. I want to begin by saying that I truly appreciate Dr. Sam and the care I have received from her. However, my recent ultrasound appointment left me extremely distressed and uncomfortable. When the ultrasound technician escorted me into the room, I observed her placing the protective cover on the ultrasound probe with her bare hands, without wearing gloves.
