Very poorly ran. I went here twice for prenatal care and I asked them multiple times to run it through my insurance. They said ok, then I find out they never did and have been making me pay out of pocket for my visit! It's absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention they try to get u to pay for everything upfront and basically say u have to pay for all of this but it doesn't include blood work, ultrasounds or hospital visit. These people r horrible and scammers and this place should be shut down permanently!
I paid $295 and was promised a blood test, urine test and ultrasound. This is for the Pregnancy confirmation. So I paid upfront and was walked to the back after paying and completing the urine test. An ultrasound was not performed because i was "too early". They drew my blood and NO ONE TURNED IN MY BLOOD SAMPLE after me going back asking for some of my payment back, as I paid for ultrasound and did not receive. This company is no good. They do not tell you the correct pricing and do not do what they promise within the pricing. I would not recommend.
I have gone to Pristine for about 6 months. My reason for leaving was because my insurance plan changed and they could no longer take me. I understand that and have no issues with that. My issue with them is how they manage their office. Getting in touch with the doctor was almost impossible. My nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing, but I had been there for 6 months and never got to meet the actual doctor who would be delivering my child. Ms. Mary and the staff were super friendly, polite, and welcoming to my wife and me. We had a great experience and didn’t have to wait long after checking in. We're very glad we chose this OB-GYN!
