I had a well-woman visit with Dr. Ogunlade and found the experience unprofessional and dismissive. I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain my concerns. I left feeling unheard and emotionally distressed. Patients deserve respectful, attentive care, and this experience fell far short of that standard. I would not recommend this clinic. My experience was good in the beginning with my very first appointment, because I had an hour long conversation with the Dr that had nothing to do with medical. I appreciate the humor but I need more attention to medical needs. The office is never prepared when I'm there for an appointment in the mornings. Front office always walk in after me and have me sign in. I usually have to wait more than 45 mins and I'm the first there. I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance, with the intention of having a Pap smear done and getting my CT scan results explained. My appointment was rescheduled, and I ended up seeing the nurse practitioner, Victoria, despite having declined to see one on my intake form. I’ve been coming here for over nine months, and while the doctors and the facility itself are great, making an appointment has been extremely frustrating. I’m often hung up on when I call, and even when I try calling back from another phone, the same thing happens. The answering service has been consistently difficult to deal with. When someone does answer, they seem unhappy to help, are hard to understand, and communication feels very challenging. They dropped me without telling me. The reason is because the city flooded we had severe electricity outages in the city for like a week, (5days for me). Nobody was able to charge their phone anywhere. I missed my appointment obviously I couldn’t go they didn’t even open the office so I left a message. The city was in chaos.
