I used to work for them a long time ago. In my opinion, very selfish owners who lack knowledge of marine detailing. Along with outrageous pricing and horrible products (which is manufactured by another company and just a Pristine logo slapped on the bottle) this company is not worth it. I wish I could say they were. They pay their employees horribly and do not care about anything else but capture your credit card number. Terrible service, and detail products will hurt your gelcoat. I ordered the Diamond service for a 27 foot Regal, and the boat was left with Waterspots all over the Gel Coat - much worse than before the service. They did not clean the compartments, and left a big hole in the Gel Coat, looks like from dropping the drill they used instead of an orbital polisher.
