Terrible....... TERRIBLE....... use someone else... what a disaster of a night! This is the worst company we have ever used! The bus showed up and the lights didn't work. The speakers were blown so we couldn't turn up the music. The bus driver got us lost in Boston and made us two hours late for our reservations. They do not supply easy passes for the busses and we had to sit at a toll in the dark for 45 minutes. WORST SERVICE EVER!! DO NOT USE!! THIS BUSINESS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! The car arrived on time but did not even come close to fitting the amount of people we were promised. There were 4 people standing outside the car and it was already STACKED full so we had to all pile on top of each other and drive with the limo to the warehouse to get in a bigger car. Sounds like a good deal but we were over an hour late for our event because of this AND THEN on the way back this car broke down 10 minutes from the location!! Men from our... read more

The Best Wedding Day This company was great. They showed up 45 minutes early witch really took a lot of stress off of me for my wedding. There staff is awesome to talk to and help every step of the way to get everything in order for me before my big day. They also didnât charge me or give me any problems for going 15 minutes over my scheduled time. Thanks Again Pristine
