HORRIBLE! Ordered a trailer that was supposed to be custom for our Sea Ray. He explained he had one there & promised it would fit our boat. WRONG! After multiple conversations back and forth, he promised to fix it. Waited weeks, no response. When he did finally answer the texts, it was all excuses. We had one of the problems fixed on our own, and he did refund us for that, but after that he has not tried to fix any other issues.
