Owner is so unfriendly! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Communication was extremely poor, and I felt there was little to no concern shown for clients throughout the process. When issues arose — particularly regarding billing — it was nearly impossible to reach anyone, and responses were either delayed or nonexistent.
