We used Pristine Landscaping to completely re-landscape the front- and back-yards of our inner city home. We met with the owner, discussed the plans, negotiated price and were very pleased with his willingness to meet our needs. Don't use these guys...there's a reason they're cheaper than everyone else. I knew in my gut it was too good to be true but alternative, Livingstone and TLS all seemed too expensive but the alarm bells should have gone off when these guys were so cheap...now I owe them plus whatever I'll have to pay the other other guys to come fix it.

Got an invoice on Friday for a job they didn't even do? Went down to their address on 13th...the one they use as their google photo...guy hasn't seen them in 2 years? Sent and email Friday...I know they got it but won't respond...are they going to sue me? Please email me, I don't understand why you quoted me $980 and sent and invoice for $3200?

I have been a customer for the last few years and am very impressed with their punctuality and their quality of work. During the winter, they were always extremely prompt with removing snow from my driveway so I never had to worry about being snowed in. My yard was always neat and tidy after a grass cutting as well!! Highly recommend this wonderful local company

Worst company ever wish there was a minus 5 star rating They cannot even reply to a business opportunity. I've left several emails to do my backyard and still no answer Shows the pathetic business they are Do not use them
