Disappointed with service and lack of accountability. After 4weeks, the owner, Alexandria Button, has not refunded $190 for 8 dead rolls of sod and 16 rolls I paid for but never received. I also paid $800 for labor to install just 250sq ft, that the worker didn’t even prep the area properly after removing the old sod. I ended up having to buy new sod myself from a reputable nursery. Very disappointed with the tilling job with what we paid. Mentioned to the person doing the tilling they needed to go down a foot and it’s maybe 3 to 4 inches with big dirt mounds. We didn’t get what we paid for. Also, the woman told my husband we agreed to $150 and we never agreed on anything. We had to find someone else to till the garden areas and he was appalled at the tilling job this company did.
