I feel the need to warn people about Alexandria Button and AB Pristine Homes LLC. We hired them to lay some gravel and to take down an old fence and install a new cedar privacy fence after getting three estimates. Theirs fell in the middle and Alexandria sounded like she knew what she was doing and said they had done similar jobs. It has turned into a nightmare for us. Disappointed with service and lack of accountability. After 4weeks, the owner, Alexandria Button, has not refunded $190 for 8 dead rolls of sod and 16 rolls I paid for but never received. I also paid $800 for labor to install just 250sq ft, that the worker didn’t even prep the area properly after removing the old sod. I ended up having to buy new sod myself from a reputable nursery. Poor customer service and no follow-through. My mistake for not waiting for my friends half the cost, reputable, professional landscape referral... read more

Very disappointed with the tilling job with what we paid. Mentioned to the person doing the tilling they needed to go down a foot and it’s maybe 3 to 4 inches with big dirt mounds. We didn’t get what we paid for. Also, the woman told my husband we agreed to $150 and we never agreed on anything. We had to find someone else to till the garden areas and he was appalled at the tilling job this company did.
