My 87-year-old mother recently visited to get her hearing aids adjusted. Owner Kerby Ball asked questions to find out about issues with her hearing, and hearing aids. He took care of some problems that her previous provider had neglected, and then gave her a hearing test so that he could properly adjust her hearing aids.
