This rating is for the front staff, not the doctor. I must stress he has always been thorough and wonderful however the front staff is lacking. They seem unsure about what they are doing.
I had an appointment with Dr. Dipinder Singh Keer at telus health app and he was the most obnoxious, unprofessional, and ignorant Doctor I’ve ever encountered. I was trying to get a diagnosis, had a call with him but he doesn’t even let me talk. He always cuts me off and keeps pushing that I’m okay. How can you determine that just by looking at my face?
