Was stood up by the staff who simply did not show up to scheduled Hair cut and color for 9 year old. This was directly after a traumatic traffic event just a mile away and 30 minutes prior to appointment when a car came speeding through a red light spinning us all the way around! I called 4 times while waiting for police and tow truck frantically trying to touch base to assure them we were coming and may be up to ten minutes late. I left 4 voicemails. Rochelle is the best hands down, does a great job and is fantastic with my kids! Definitely recommend going to see her for your hair needs, she also colored my hair and it looked amazing!
