Update: Had to lower my rating and cancel our service. The first year was great, the next year was a struggle. Poor applications and fought weeds all year. It just wasn’t the same as the first time. Unfortunately. After fighting our lawn for over a decade we decided to give Pristine a shot. They worked with us on price, which we really appreciated. Is this business still open? I can’t get hold of anyone. Scheduled four treatments last year (summer/fall 2021 then spring/summer 2022) no one has shown up or contacted me this year and the phone is always busy. They got the morning glory under good control last year, I was happy then. Glad I didn’t pre-pay for services!

The first year’s service seemed decent but the second year was sub par. We were calling for weed removal frequently and pulling plenty ourselves. What became the reasons for our cancelation were their bait-and-switch tactics on billing higher prices than what was contracted, duplicating our account and double charging us randomly, harassing us with texts concerning phantom overdue balances (though our account was not, especially now that we’ve canceled last month), and generally losing the trust that they have our billing in... read more
