Follow-up to previous review: No, I don't owe you any money. My check for $700+ cleared, and I informed your staff that I was not paying the $36 in late fees since it took you 3 months to send me a bill. Your accounting errors are not my fault. FYI I attempted to pay in full the same day I received the bill in the mail, but (unbelievably) you do not take credit card payments over the phone. I had to send a paper check via snail mail. The actual work the crew did was OK, but the office staff was very rude & totally disorganized. Horrible customer sevice. I will never use Pristine Green again.
