The tech was very thorough and very helpful. This was the first time I'd had my dryer exhaust system examined and cleaned. I learned that the connection between the dryer and the wall had completely come apart and so I followed the tech's recommendation and had it replaced. So I contacted my HOA and I know I need to have that fixed. Very personable tech, very helpful and I would recommend him and Pristine Flow Team.
We hired Pristine Flow Team to clean our dryer vent after a recommendation from a friend, and it was a great decision. They sent 2 technicians who were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They even pulled out some surprising items from the vent, probably left behind by the previous renter. I?m so glad I followed my friend?s advice. Now our vent is working so much better, and my wife is happy with the results.
Pristine Flow Team was super informative, offered fair pricing, and provided prompt service after we discussed the options for my air duct system. I also really appreciated the clear and helpful communication over the phone regarding my needs and scheduling. I?ll definitely be recommending this company to my family and neighbors!
