They cleaned our air ducts thoroughly and what really stood out was that they provided videos and photos every step of the way so I always knew exactly what was going on. Scheduled service with Pristine Duct Cleaning. The appointment window was 9am - 12pm. After waiting all morning, I called them at noon and the technician let me know he would arrive between 1:15-1:30. I accepted with the understanding I had to leave at 2:15pm and was assured there was enough time. At 1:40pm I called to cancel the service as the technician had not yet arrived. Shortly after that the technician arrived which I sent away. Very frustrated with this type of service!
