I've been a very happy and satisfied customer of Prestine Dry Carpet Cleaning for many years. Mark is there to help within very short notice (usually 1-2days of booking). He was exceptional at removing not only my pet dog toilet/vomiting stains, and also removing general stains (even ones hard to remove) caused by people. I thoroughly recommend Pristine Dry Carpet Cleaners to anyone seeking a prompt appointment and have their stains removed and cleaned, deodorized and refreshed, leaving them as good as new.

Lovely guy Mark is! Polite, great communicator, prompt and very professional. Cleaned 3 bedrooms and mats with ease. His worker, Nick, was very respectful and did a great job too. Loved the Yorkshire accent lilt too! Thank you - would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. Mark cleaned my carpets, sofas and rugs back to brand new. There were multiple old and deep stains that I had unsuccessfully tried to remove, they are now all gone. He was easy to book. His friendly, professional and efficient service was also inexpensive, tidy, fast and made my house smell nice, too. Thanks, Mark.
