Violence-inciting lunatics.
This company loves the misuse of products. They use a product incorrectly and then both the customer and the detailing business blame the company that makes the product and refuses to pay the damage done. Bad customer service... do not recommend.

I do not recommend using this company at all. He damaged a set of wheels and refused to be responsible enough to take responsibility for his actions. Left the customer high and dry and blamed the product instead of his misuse and lack of experience. Find a better more experienced detailer. This guys is rocked that can't follow directions at all. If he damaged your vehicle he will not take responsibility for it. You will be left on your own. I dont believe he has insurance either
