While they did a great job on my nephew’s haircut, I’m shocked by the unprofessionalism. When we arrived, one of the employees was just randomly waiting outside on a foldout chair and stopped us before going in (but not another family that went in right before us). Apparently they don’t have a check-in counter? I thought that was very strange. Clean cuts, professional and just a vibe..
My 6 year old had his hair cut here once and it was great. We came back for a second hair cut and sat waiting for 30 min even though we had an appointment. We eventually left. The music playing was not kid friendly either so we won't be back
