Pristine and their whole team was amazing from start to finish. When I brought in my car I had not been in an accident in over 15 years so I was definitely not used to the process. They helped me with everything from filing a claim to having enterprise pick me up from my house. They always communicated with me and kept me updated all the time. Even wash my car after.
