They came out and changed my windshield on my truck a month later the inside of the windshield would be damp after it rained. Called them and they sent someone out and the guy said it was just condensation. Well fast forward. The last could have days it has been raining really heavily and the entire top of the windshield leaks. Crooks. They tell you it should not effect your insurance. They are a bunch of liars. They file it with your insurance company as a claim and do not tell you that. I just found out that is what they did to me. They do not answer the phone or respond when you find out. REPORT THEM!!!!!!
Letty was so very knowledgeable and very kind she was very respectful to my property and very easy to talk with glad she came by she showed me something on my car I didn't realize this was happening to my windshield thanks again.
I wish there was a ‘0’ rating because that’s what they would get from me..do NOT talk to Sara Walter Smith, whatever her name is. She is very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and immature…FYI she is the VP of operations and it’s a shame that she behaves so poorly.
