They have excellent customer service and both locations are stunningly beautiful; however, the hair isn't of excellent quality! The first time I shopped here I purchased 3 bundles of body wave & a closure. After about 2 weeks, the hair started shredding, was quite dry despite my attempts to revive the hair, & started matting. I ordered and paid for a lace frontal which was $140 and I received a lace closure which was $100. I contacted them several times, no response.
I have been using Prissy hair fo 6 months and I love it.
Every time I come to the store they are closed even though their hours say different.
