Great gym, 24 hour access with membership. Great mix of machines and free weights. Couple of power racks, bench stations, leg presses, and even a deadlift station. They also have specialized equipment for lifters with injuries or mobility problems; for example a bar for squatting for people with bad shoulders.
Hands down the best gym in Jackson, the equipment inside is top tier! Staff is always friendly and helpful Still the best!!
First time going there, bought a day pass and it was absolutely worth it.
