Absolutely horrible experience. The owner did my hair so I thought I was in good hands. WRONG! She literally burnt my hair off! It was smoking and burning! I had to tell her to take it off even AFTER she saw it smoking! As she took off the foils aggressively, my heart sank as I saw my hair coming off WITH THE FOILS! I lost almost all of my hair.
