Absolutely great work....the carpet my daily driver "soccer dad" van looks great again. Clean and sanitized.
We had two vehicles detailed: 2014 Ford Escape and 2023 Ford Explorer. Communication before, during and after the work was prompt and professional. We were given the day and time we requested. The whole experience was great and the result exceeded our expectations. Both vehicles look fabulous. We highly recommend Prismatic Mobile Detailing.
The car itself was done fantastic. The problem was in communication. Even though they had done my car before they quoted me the wrong price of a 2 row SUV vs a 3 row SUV. I felt this was a bit of bait and switch. It was only a difference of $25 but still. Be upfront with pricing. I will be back but look at the pricing closer.
