I will be going back. I had a hiking injury that I initially sought help for. I did the 90 minute first time and it was well worth the extra time to discuss what I was feeling, explore possible remedies, and then get the time needed to address my concerns. Paul was helpful, thoughtful, and a great listener. Checked in during the massage, accepted feedback throughout. I will be coming back for future massages and any body work I need guidance on
