Sylvia P was awesome. She was very kind and was on top of things when she was needed…she deserves a 5*. The 4 star is because when I got there in the room changed in the bathroom stepped in something wet and smelt like piss just had a wet piss smell so I had to changed the socks I just put on.. that’s the only bad thing about my stay .
