Completely pathetic in numerous ways. You never actually see the doctor! He is just some Wizard of Oz somewhere, the man behind the curtain. They require that you drive the equipment back to them the next day, but they fail to mention this until the day they show you how to use it. Only an hour and a half drive from where I was coming from!... Had to wait months for an available "appointment", which is a 10 minute tutorial on how to wear the equipment and signing paperwork.
