I was a pt of Dr. Cutina but she has left!! Her new practice doesn’t take my insurance 😢but while I was with her from day one it was a stellar experience. I can only hope my new doctor will be half as good

Avoid this practice and Dr. Merchant at all costs. Dr. Merchant made us feel welcomed the first visit to get to know us. Come the second appointment she was very closed minded, did not read any of my chart notes, and wanting nothing more than to get us in and out as fast as possible.

I’ve been waiting months a mean months for an appointment my referral was sent over months ago they scheduled an appointment and now some how it disappeared out of their system how?? I don’t know?? Had to call Lindsey the manager and she never answers or returns phone calls back and who ever deadria is in the front office is rude as hell

I was a patient here before, but left because my rheumatologist just kept insisting I take more of the same prescription he had been giving me. Once I got a new referral to this place on May 22nd this year. They never called me to follow up on making an appointment to see a new doctor. I actually just called them and they told me it wouldn’t be until next year when they could see me. But why did I have to call them to find this out over half a year after my referral was sent in?
