This is a very nice office, front desk office personnel very considerate. Lyn is very good, compassionate, helps you to talk out problems and very knowledgeable. A great asset to the Brownell Center and Prisma Health.
Dr. Richter is very attentive and really listens to the problems I was having on other medications. He worked with me to find the right medication and the right dosage for my OCD and phobias. I drive an hour one way just to get here and it is worth it for me!
I had one of the female doctors who specializes in child and adolescent care and not only did her visits feel very impersonal, she had me on two medications for MONTHS that cancelled each other out and left me with horrible withdrawal symptoms for weeks after I stopped taking them. I would not go back here if you paid me to and I would not recommend it to anyone else. Her nurse practitioners were very sweet and helped me more than she did. She also never returned phone calls or emails.
