Instead of the woman refilling my meds here at the Stone Ave location. I was sent clear across town during lunch time (might I add) to the main pharm. Only to be told by that lady that they needed my new ins card,so they could update it in the system. She said that they could've just as easily done all that right there, instead of sending me all the way to her location. She apologized several times for the inconvenience. I didn't wanna have to give a Star but that's the only way I could leave a review
I've been seeing Dr. Paul Ross for over two years now, and this office is amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dr. Ross is always willing to listen and help, which I really love. They also have a pharmacy on site and can do most general labs on site as well!
Maria is the BEST! She runs a great pharmacy! CVS, Walgreens? Nope, head over to Prisma Pharmacy at Stone and Main in Greenville!
This pharmacy is the best! These folks go above and beyond to make sure your pharmacy needs are taken care of. I would recommend everyone go to this pharmacy. They deserve a raise.
