Poor communication, constantly running behind schedule.
Hours say they open at 8:30. Was there at 8:35 and was told they were doing inventory and would not be open for another 30 minutes. Don’t post your hours if you don’t adhere to them.
HORRIBLE customer service. The people that work there are incredibly rude and uncaring. If you’re looking for that neighborhood Pharmacist who will be friendly and patient, DON’T LOOK HERE.
I have tried all day to get someone on the phone with no success. Then when I did get somebody, they kept hanging up on me 4 different times
