It’s incredibly frustrating. I found this facility on Prisma’s provider page, which clearly states they are accepting new patients. However, when you call, they inform you that the website is not accurate. I was told the office recently lost two physicians and has been experiencing a high rate of turnover. Who sends an 8 year old(who happens to be a patient) to urgent care at 9am when they’re crying, visibly in pain and there’s an empty waiting room. Never asked the doctor or anything. Didn’t even ask what were the child’s symptoms. Very disappointed.
I love Dr. Spinks she takes her time and she listens to every detail and her concerns for patients is Amazing
