Absolutely DISAPPOINTING. Called at 8AM to get my 8 year in for a visit due to severe allergy flare up yesterday. Made appt with front desk for 1:40 with Jason , which was all they had. Got to my daughter school to get her and where there was a RIDICULOUS car line already and school gets out an hour later. Migrated through buses and RIDICULOUS traffic. Need to get another DOCTOR..... Not NPs!!!!!! Dr Rhymes has been gone almost a year, with no new doctor!!!???
I was nervous to change primary care providers after being with the same physician for over a decade, but I am so thankful that I was able to get in with this practice. Joanna Smith is an outstanding provider that listens and offers such directional guidance. It was like talking with an old friend by the time I left. Everyone in the practice is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I’m so thankful they’re in Duncan!
