Dr. ORCHIDEE DJAHANGIRIAN did amazing with our son! Even after having to come back to the office at 7pm she made sure our boy was taken care of. We are so grateful for her!
Original appointment on 11/26 was great. Was told to come back today 12/17 @ 1:00 for another test and a follow up with the provider after. Missed work, pulled my kids out of school, rearranged my schedule to drive the 45 minutes up there from home, got there 20 minutes early to check in only to be told that nobody ever actually scheduled his appointment for today. Was told there was no way to work him in and that they were "sorry they dropped the ball" but the next appointment is EIGHT WEEKS from today. Completely unaccepta... read more
The people working there were so kind to us! The pediatric urologist even went a step further to express to my child why this was a safe place. I very much appreciated her confirming what I'm teaching my children. She made the experience much more safe for my son while offering understanding of what is and isn't allowed from strangers. THANK YOU, Miss Sarah (I hope I got the name right!) SHE WAS PHENOMENAL!!!
Terri Dean and the staff here are all wonderful. I love how they treat my child with respect and directly speak with my child instead of asking me the questions. All of the staff will fully explain what is happening and ensure they have child’s consent before doing anything. I really appreciate this! They have also fully diagnosed and treated my child and the treatment plan is working amazing.
