Excellent doctor Edward Benjamin Penn Jr ! He took wonderful care of our daughter, Alyssa, with kindness, patience, and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even made an effort to communicate with us in Spanish, which we truly appreciated. He has a very calming presence and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. We are incredibly grateful for the care our daughter received and highly recommend him.
I wish I had read reviews prior to my visit at Prisma ENT Patewood. Truly awful service and manner of care. The first issue was I sought an appointment to see a physician. The wait time was over three months and then I was seen by a PA. The standard of care was poor. My regimen was to take sprays for two months and come back for a follow-up visit. Our daughter recently had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy performed by Dr Alexander. He was absolutely wonderful. He has a very calm demeanor & prayed with us before her surgery. This was the first time one of our kids went under general anesthesia so I was very nervous. All of the nurses & anesthesiologists were so kind as well. I wish I could remember the name of our post op nurse because she was an angel. I would definitely recommend Dr Alexander & his team.
