Our daughter recently had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy performed by Dr Alexander. He was absolutely wonderful. He has a very calm demeanor & prayed with us before her surgery. This was the first time one of our kids went under general anesthesia so I was very nervous. All of the nurses & anesthesiologists were so kind as well. I wish I could remember the name of our post op nurse because she was an angel. I would definitely recommend Dr Alexander & his team.
I CANNOT express how happy I am with the audiology department. We were taking my daughter to Clarity and came to the conclusion we needed a better fit. I called Prisma ENT they got me in that same week with Dr Emily Chamberlain and without even requesting it included Lisa, the speech pathologist. They were both so thorough answered our questions, explained things that had never been explained in the 10 months we were at Clarity. Absolutely Horrible Experience! I scheduled an appointment for my son back in November, and the earliest available was May 9th—over four months later. Then, a couple of weeks before that appointment, the office called to reschedule it for May 8th. Fine—we adjusted our schedules. But just days before May 8th, they called again and said he couldn’t be seen until May 28th. And here’s the kicker: they didn’t actually schedule the new appointment. I give Prisma ENT at patewood 2 stars bc the doc we worked with is great but no one answers the phone. I have waited multiple times on hold for over 15 minutes one time and over 20 minutes another. The physicians are booked months out so it is hard to get seen. Once you actually get the appointment the experience is good. If you have an urgent need then probably need to book your appointment elsewhere.
Great experience with office staff and scheduler. My doctor was very professional and personable. Planning to have surgery later this month. Thank you
