You're better off seeing a pediatric GI out of the prisma mononpoly. They let you make the initial appointment within a month but then hoodwink you making your child languish in pain for 5 months for a follow up appointment.
My family has been going to Peds Gastro for 22 years (multiple kids EoE & 1 celiac). We have dearly loved this practice. Donna Wade (now retired) became like part of the family. She loved my kids through some really hard times.
Prisma Health Pediatric Gastroenterology–Greenville Whoever the lady is that answers the phone at this location is unprofessional. I would not allow this person to represent the practice. She chews food so loudly that I couldn’t even decipher what she was talking about. This is not the first time I’ve talked to whoever answers the phone there. Very unprofessional
Doctors, you definitely need to learn how to provide a good care of your patients when they REALLY need your help!!! Not just to do follow ups once in 6 months!!! You are even refusing to answer MyChart messages, nurses doing it instead but without even desire to help and just referring to call office and schedule appt when there are openings, SERIOUSLY?
