Very little compassion on the phone from the receptionists. You would think in such a delicate time that there would be empathy and understanding for patients, and instead these ladies were dismissive and disrespectful.
Although I didn’t have a doctor’s appointment at Prisma Health Patewood Hospital, I interacted with Zach, the receptionist working at the front desk. He was super nice and helpful!
Each time we've gone to Patewood for treatment our experience has been great. We are primarily in the pain/injections clinic and we've been treated and cared for so well. TY.
I had my baby here and it was an amazing experience, all the nurses were nice, attentive, and made sure that I, my child, and husband felt taken care of. I would recommend all new moms to come here for this amazing treatment and care.
