CMC Maternity Center in Charlotte/Pineville was a much better experience compared to births of our newborns at Patewood. UPDATE from 2018 to 2025 - read my advice below. Not much has changed except nurses now give you their cell to text them if you need anything, which can work to your advantage to put things in text of how you want recovery to go (see below). What a great experience delivering my baby here! Beautiful hospital and great service. Thank you to Dr. Darcy and nurse Madison for taking good care of us.
Dominique is extremely rude and shouldn't be in customer service. I hope they find a different position to put her in where she isn't dealing with people because that's definitely not her calling. Not only did she not help, but she was condescending and rude. Everyone else I've dealt with in Prisma has been great, especially at Patewood.
