I had to have an MRI here because I'm allergic to contrast & claustrophobic. I was told when my appointment was made, the machine would be larger & I should have no problems. I had to leave my house at 10am to be there for my 11am appt on 11/7/24. I waited for 30 to 45 minutes. Finally, my name was called. I was told there was over an hour wait for the larger machines. I couldn't wait that long because I have trouble swallowing & always have to have water with me. I ended up using the small machine. This really upset me, but... read more

8/1/25 here today for a bone density scan and a mammogram. These are recommended every 24 months according to MyChart. Both are done at building A Prisma 200 Patewood Drive. You first complete your check in at the reception desk and wait to be directed to the testing areas. My Bone Density technician Kimberly was very experienced and the procedure was done in 20 minutes.
