Rachel hopskins at the downtown location is the absolute worst case work ive dealt with. I had a stroke in April 2024 and was sent to roger c peace. Dealing with her has been a nightmare my referrals were canceled by her because I could come in because of hurricane Helen. I had been calling her ever since June to get put on the schedule prior to the hurricane leaving voicemails ect. Never heard a word from her. Not very good communication with the case manager, Rachael doesn’t return calls doesn’t respond. Only takes two minutes to call somebody and give them an answer or response not worth the trouble.
My experience with them has been so helpful. The therapists are so friedly and helpful, they really take their time abd give you practical applications you can use to get better. All of them ++
Reached out to my case manager, Rachel, several times and never got a call back. Highly disappointed to never receive a call back. Front desk people even said they would let her know to call me back. I completed my evaluations back in Dec/Jan and April is in a couple of days and still no call back or update to when I should start therapy.
