Dr. Thomas John Daley is the best! He is a very empathetic person, answers all your questions, explains everything clearly, and is always very accurate. Consistently was the worst urgent care experience we have had for our family. The last straw was finding out Dr Dingle sent our bill to collections INSTEAD OF TO ME TO PAY. I expected to be billed by MyChart or mail. Bill never came so I thought it was covered fully. Fast forward over a year later I'm getting letters from collections. Out of the blue. Worst Place Ever - came in with appt, they cancelled appointment, and we had to wait behind walk ins! Never Again!!!
Wow! This team is awesome and that is an understatement. I had an awful, horrible, terrible appointment at LMC this morning during an ASAP consultation referral where the person I saw completely disregarded the pain I was in a caused my injury to be exacerbated…by a lot. My insurance doesn’t cover Prisma, but I was extremely concerned as my exacerbated injury starting swelling and bruising, and I was not about to go back to LMC to be violated again.
