Wish for better and much more compassion more so than brush off care but over all no complaints
Fantastic facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Someone rear ended my car Friday and I was feeling pretty worse for the wear but wasn't sure where I should go since it wasn't bad enough to go to the ER, my normal doctor was closed, and a lot of general urgent care places don't do x-rays. A friend recommended going here and I second that recommendation for anyone else with an orthopedic related concern.
Dr. Thomas John Daley is the best! He is a very empathetic person, answers all your questions, explains everything clearly, and is always very accurate. He’s also very funny, which makes you feel like you’re in the best hands. This week the doctor treated two members of my family, and the service was just as efficient. Consistently was the worst urgent care experience we have had for our family. The last straw was finding out Dr Dingle sent our bill to collections INSTEAD OF TO ME TO PAY. I expected to be billed by MyChart or mail. Bill never came so I thought it was covered fully. Fast forward over a year later I'm getting letters from collections. Out of the blue.
