Professional and kind, the staff went above and beyond to care for me. They also seem to love their job and worked well together. Hopefully will not need their services again but would trust their care if I do!!!
Literally the best experience I've ever had at an ER visit. Not because I have a kidney stone but the service was fantastic. I got checked in, did a urine test, blood work and a CT scan in 3 hours. The doctor, nurse, triage, the girl that comes to verify info and insurance, everyone was great.
Since moving from Upstate NYS to Upstate Greenville SC, I have been very happy with the levels of care received. I actually am being listened too, not being rushed out for the next patient. Considerate time to get to know me is so refreshing. My Doctors have been very thorough in every specialty. I am so happy with my decision to chose Prisma Health for my care.

Had a cranial MRI done. You can't change the test, but the staff was efficient, kind, and courteous. A major change from 15 yrs ago. Kudos to Prisma!!
