I give this place 2 stars because of the terrible treatment I got from one of the techs....KELLY! I will not got into detail it would take too long...but she is the rudest person I've come across in my 2 months of being in the hospital. I hate for Prisma to get a poor rating because of one person! And just to know I'm still in the hospital.....but she will not come in my room again!
The entire staff and practitioners were A++. Dr Hersh was great. If I could give 10 stars I would.
The Doctors are caring and very thoughtful and actually listen to you.
David Yasabash Our 2 year old daughter had a severe head injury where she fell directly on her head, my wife immediately rushed her to the PRISMA ER location in TR while I got off a plane at GSP to come meet her. The entire team at this location treated my daughter quickly, effectively and with great grace/compassion.
