Everyone is SOOO nice, from the front desk to the Dr...
The receptionist is knowledgeable and accommodating. The physician I saw basically discredited the other doctors diagnosis and had only seen me on one occasion as a new patient for probably 15 minutes. Discredited colleagues diagnosis and years of physical therapy and treatment for the DX. I've found another neurologist.
Front desk nurse was super sweet and helpful. Call for assistant living situation .On call doc(Dr.Krishna) for Dr.Perez was very rude. Was Rushed and talked over me. Called me a nuisance for accidentally giving him wrong pharmacy number. After I apologized and gave him the correct number he continued to call me a nuisance…not professional at all.
This is the absolute worst office I’ve ever experienced. The front desk girl is rude, they don’t message you back or call you back within 48 hours when you send a MyChart message. They refuse you care when you go into the office because no one has called or messaged you back and you’re in need of medical care. The doctor documented in my visit note that I was on a medication that I’m not taking and haven’t been taking.
