If I could rate this ER 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. JILLIAN KENT does not need to be a nurse ANYWHERE. She has terrible bedside manner and a very disgusting attitude. I went in for “anxiety” as they called it on 9/22/24 and the testing they did was an EKG. Well obviously it wasn’t anxiety so it didn’t show much of anything. She spoke about how I could be doing “illicit drugs” (NEVER TOUCHED A DRUG IN MY LIFE MIND YOU) to cause me to be acting that way. I have to say I was beyond impressed with the care I received from the Dr specifically (Dr Reardon) He was attentive and did not rush through my exams and explained everything thoroughly including my aftercare and referrals, much appreciated. Not many doctors like this one left, so I was very happy with the care I received. The wait was long but that’s to be expected in an ER. Other than that, appreciate the help everyone
