The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful but they were running about 30 minutes behind the day i was there.
I really enjoyed the front staff and back staff, billing was quick and to the point. I love the PRISMA app as well. The only issues is the staffing itself. I don't know how they were super slow with only a few clients. That was the only issue, I wonder what it would be like on a busy day? I was there by accident around 4:30pm and the gentlemen waiting, wasn't taken care of till late. Maybe 6:30 ish? I am guessing, either way that's way too long on a slow day. Everyone was very friendly. The whole process of registration to getting the CT scan done was fast and easy.
