I am absolutely disheartened by this office. I can’t say anything to the quality of care or staff because I have schedule 2 separate appts starting in may after being referred by my PCP. I scheduled both times through the Prisma portal for available appt times. Both appts were then CANCELED through the portal a few weeks before with no follow up and no reason lister other than “provider”. Update - (They didnt read my test results, which revealed my illness. I been sick 2 years and now getting surgery at a diff practice. With my plethora of symptoms, surgical intervention was mandatory 2 years ago). The Doctors have all dismissed my situation. Didn't even try to gain a full understanding of the fact that I have zero quality of life. Anything that requires a brain to think with, they disregard. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for gynecological help! In the past, I have been traumatized and ignored to the point that I have put off taking care of my health due to the intense fear of reliving another one of those experiences. I was recommended this practice by female friends who had also had horrendous experiences in the past. My great experience started as soon as I called to make the appointment. I've been seen here several times and always have a wonderful experience. Callie Banks, NP is thorough and takes her time with my appointments and always makes sure my questions are answered before I leave. The front desk ladies are great as well! I recommend this place to my friends.
Due to my condition, surgical intervention is mandatory. The Dr. Has dismissed my situation and blamed a completely diff condition that I have, which is obviously due to the long standing issue ive been dealing with for nearly 2 years. She's not even trying to gain a full understanding of the fact that I'm not able to function in certain situations.
