This place cares about your health and well being like no other place....and when I say that. I mean it.... I have NEVER had any health care group completely blow you off and and be as nonchalant with your care as this place.... 3.5 rating for them? As mediocre as that is, I highly doubt its even that high.
Rude staff terrible record keeping and doctor was unprofessional
I have been a patient at this practice for a few months now and I could not be more pleased with the care that I have received. From the front desk staff to Mo, the triage nurse, to the doctor (Dr. Bailey)…everyone is so welcoming and warm. Dr Bailey takes his time and answers any and all questions or concerns that I may have. The best part of my visit, I have to say, is Mo.
