The verdae location has an employee named Stephanie. I believe she is one of the medical assistants (sorry if that’s not correct). She made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my appointment. She is extremely professional and attentive. Honestly, most of the employees gave me the same impression. Throughout my pregnancy at the Simpsonville/verdae location and my time at the hospital, I felt very well taken care of.
They did everything in their power to make me as comfortable as possible and having an IUD removed with a complicated uterus is very uncomfortable usually and I've had several doctors trying to tell me that my IUD is fine and that my cramping wasn't that serious and they are the only doctors that took me seriously and I really appreciate them helping me get it removed in the least painful way possible they even gave me a lidocaine jelly and made sure that they added a lot of it and try to calm me down the best way they can t... read more
This place cares about your health and well being like no other place....and when I say that. I mean it.... I have NEVER had any health care group completely blow you off and and be as nonchalant with your care as this place.... 3.5 rating for them? As mediocre as that is, I highly doubt its even that high.
