This is a physician led care OB group and I had a great experience with my OB care here. Dr. Thurston and Dr. Simpson were amazing with helping deliver my first baby. The other doctors I rotated through during clinic visits were awesome as well. The ultrasound experience was wonderful at this office and they sometimes did 3D pictures of the face! I'm sure the doctors are great but I wouldn't know because the support staff is awful. I've called multiple times to establish myself as a patient there and the first time I called they said they didn't have any availability. They were unprofessional but I decided to call again because I needed help and they said they didn't have anything for another 3 months. Currently 17 weeks pregnant and every appointment has been wonderful so far. All the nurses and doctors and the front staff I’ve met have been very kind and straight forward about things. I have yet to have met anyone rude or disrespectful in the slightest. This is my first pregnancy, and so far this establishment has been wonderful to me! **Update** Now currently 32 weeks pregnant, and still have not had a single issue with anyone at this office location.
